Cancellation Policy

Each provider selects a cancellation window. PawCour displays that policy before booking and applies it to owner cancellations, provider cancellations, refunds, and disputes.

Provider Cancellations

Provider cancellations may trigger replacement support, refund review, and provider reliability review.

Refund Review

PawCour can issue partial or full refunds after reviewing payment status, cancellation timing, provider action, care-card evidence, messages, support cases, and Stripe dispute state.

Safety Exceptions

PawCour may override standard cancellation handling when there is a safety issue, emergency, fraud signal, or unresolved service dispute.
