Verification

Marketplace visibility requires profile review, identity review, background review where legally permitted, payout setup, and ongoing account standing.

Care Standards

Providers must follow owner instructions, protect pet and home safety, document visits, report incidents quickly, and avoid off-platform payment.

Availability and Payouts

Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate availability, accepting only services they can complete, and keeping Stripe payout onboarding current. PawCour may delay, refund, or hold payouts during cancellations, incidents, disputes, fraud review, or chargebacks.

Taxes and Independence

Providers are independent service providers responsible for licenses, lawful service delivery, tax reporting, insurance decisions, and compliance with applicable local rules.
