PawCour uses verified accounts, provider review, in-app payments, message records, care cards, photos, and incident tracking to support safer pet care.

Incident Handling

Pet health, property, conduct, fraud, and payment issues are reviewed by severity. PawCour may preserve records, freeze payouts, refund, suspend accounts, or request outside emergency support.

Guarantee and Insurance

PawCour does not promise insurance coverage until a written guarantee or insurance product is active and posted. Any future guarantee will include eligibility rules, exclusions, and claim limits.
