PawCour collects account, pet, booking, location, payment, message, care-card, review, support, and verification information to operate the marketplace and protect users.

Payments and Verification

Payment and payout details are processed by Stripe. Identity, background, and verification data may be processed by third-party vendors when enabled.

Photos and Care Records

Uploaded photos and care updates are retained as service proof, support evidence, and user-facing care history.

Support and Admin Records

Support cases, refund records, incident status, chargeback evidence, and internal admin notes may be retained to protect users, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with law, and resolve marketplace disputes.

Retention

PawCour retains records needed for safety, legal, tax, payment, fraud, and dispute handling, then deletes or de-identifies data when no longer required.
