Terms of Service

PawCour connects pet parents with independent pet care providers. Users agree to keep communication, booking, payment, cancellation, care records, and reviews on PawCour for marketplace safety and support.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate identity, contact, pet, service, and payment information and keep it current.

Bookings and Payments

Booking requests require in-app payment authorization. Providers may accept or decline. PawCour may cancel, refund, hold, or dispute payments when safety, fraud, chargeback, or policy issues arise.

Recurring Care

Recurring care creates a saved care schedule and booking records for repeat service. Each paid occurrence must remain authorized, accepted, documented, and reviewable inside PawCour.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Users agree that PawCour may use booking details, messages, care cards, photos, payment records, reviews, support cases, and admin notes as evidence for refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, safety reviews, and fraud prevention.

Off-Platform Activity

Off-platform payment or evasion of PawCour care records may remove platform support eligibility and can lead to account review or suspension.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect completed PawCour bookings and may be moderated for fraud, safety, abuse, or privacy.
